Front Suspension Creak

Hey everyone. So the other day I noticed that when I turn my steering wheel to full left, there is a slight creak noise as it nears the stop. I have stock Nismo suspension also. Anyone know the source of the problem as a fix. Doesn't happen to the right either.

What year is your car (Edit just saw your sig)? How many miles? I have already had a control arm replaced under warranty with only 32k on mine.

Yeah I have 34,000k. How much is a control armreplacment?

Mine was done under warranty so it didn't cost me anything.
