What's this Weird Noise?

I would start with changing out that wheel with the passenger side, and see if it goes away If it doesn't? Swap the lugs, and if still there? Remove the

Swap the lugs, and if still there? Remove the spacer. And If its still there? that wheel bearing hub maybe the culprit __________________
