OEM Nismo springs give you 0 drop. It's the mildest drop out there.

Just did swifts and they are the perfect drop and the ride is phenomenal. I couldn't believe it while driving. These springs at 10k soak up every little bump and crack imaginable.

Before on top
After on bottom

Yes I am on Nismo springs currently. I am wanting to upgrade to coilovers for track use, not springs.

If money isn't an issue go with kw v1 or kw v3. 0.6"-2.0" front and 0.4"-1.8" rear. HKS Hipermax III is another premium brand I would recommend. Otherwise go with BC BR. Not sure what's the minimal drop but heard all the good things about them not only from this forum but G35, G37, 350 forums too.
