Default Brakeline question

Posted this in the Z1 forum but didn't get any replies.

I recently ordered the Z1 base brake upgrade kit. Was just wondering did I have all the parts needed to changeout the brakelines to stainless steel. I only got 4 pieces total. I assume for the front the long lines attach from the body hardline to the hardline behind the strut. Won't that leave the last rubber line from the hardline behind the strut to the caliper still in place? Is this how its supposed to be or should I receive another line?

I attatched a picture of what I received in the kit.

Thanks

The sport model only needs the 4 pieces since it has a hardline between the strut tower and the caliper. The base model needs 6 pieces.

Either you ordered the wrong kit or they sent you the wrong kit. The base model kit costs an extra $44 to account for the extra pieces.

Email info@z1motorsports.com and get it sorted or call them 770 838 7777.

thanks for the reply. i ordered the brake upgrade kit for the base model, which included rotors, brake pads and lines specifically for the nonsport model

Z1 370Z / G37 Brake Upgrade Package (Non-Sport Models)

they must have made a mistake.
