Possible rear suspension issue - unstable at higher speeds

So my car has done this ever since I had to replace the rear tires due to a nail -__-. Would having a different set in the rear really make

Would having a different set in the rear really make it this bad? I also feel like the new tires are awful when turning now as I almost always lose traction. Both of these problems combined scare the crap out of me driving now lol. Potenza 275s in rear if it helps.
