You shouldn't need a front kit with the swifts. I sat at -1.4 in the front with 0 toe and I had no issues whatsoever. The most popular rear kits are the SPL and SPC. A quick search will tell you the differences, but overall the SPL kit is higher quality and uses a lockout nut whereas SPC does not. Hope this helps.

Cant go wrong with SPL if you have the spare dollars. The front should be fine. I dont have any camber arms on mine.

Can anyone with SPL kits tell us the difference in ride quality? I like the Swifts too but decided on H&R springs instead of Swifts because of the drop.

H&R's drop more with a slight rake. Do a search and you'll find a lot about it plus some pretty good comparative shots.

No you don't need them if you get a good alignment. I got within spec and had no camber kit.

You'll have to get a rear camber kit, but a front kit isn't needed. I originally installed an Ichiba rear kit, but the camber wasn't adjustable enough. Quickly switched to SPL and everything went back to stock. As far as ride comfort... to be honest with you it sucks, but that's what you get when you lower your car and don't upgrade the struts. To me the lower ride height and appearance of the car outweighs the comfort. The other thing you'll need to consider is scraping the ground. H&R springs are real low and I have issues with this every now and then, but a lot of it is scraping the sport front lip. One thought to fix would be to get higher profile tires, I actually went with lower profile tires with my new wheels so that's my bad.

The lock out washers eliminate the stock eccentric bolts/washers to prevent your alignment from slipping. They center the bolts by using a washer machined to fit in between the tabs on the subframe. You can only use these if you have aftermarket adjustable arms.

I personally couldnt tell the difference. I did the springs and the arms at the same time so theres no surprise that I didnt feel the difference. I doubt you would be able to tell any difference anyway with just one or two sets of arms.
