Mike...They did the same thing to me...Wrong locking lugs without even asking for them. Finger tight here too..Needless to say, they are now in the trash. On the alignment, that info is readily available in the downloadable service manual. I have no idea why dealers keep saying they're not avalilable (your's is not the first). They have also been posted here in the suspension section. A search should turn them up..

A tip for anyone who does go this route. Mark the alignment of the top hats in relation to the strut. One of the 3 corners should be in line but perpendicular to the bottom strut hole. If they don't put them properly, you won't be able to reinstall.
So important, I had to take one stut back to the shop because of this.
