Default Are 370z springs making my 350z bouncy??

Hey guys,

First time poster here as I have a 350z and am active on my350z. Great website btw, browsed around for a bit and found the slammed 370z thread and am actually starting to like the 370 over the 350z haha

Anyways, I came here to ask why my ride is so bouncy. I purchased and installed, new tanabe pro-soc coils for the 350z, with the exception of 370z springs in the rears. I opted for this because the vendor and I agreed that these would provide a bigger drop due to the shorter springs. Not true, not only did the final ride height look higher than pics of 350z with normal 350z springs, but the ride is pretty bouncy, not harsh tho. The tanabe website lists 350z springs for this application as 10k/8k f/r. The 370z rear springs are a 9k. Do you think with the added weight of the 350z, along with 9k 370z springs in the rear are causing my car to bounce? The bounce is slight, but very frequent, almost like a bobble head. I get a headache driving the car. Ive asked the 350z forum, and no one knows why. Thanks

That's a pretty stiff spring rate for the rear... I think my coils come with 8's in the back and that is still bouncy unless I put the damper on softest.

To me it sounds like lack of shock control.
