Thank you very much for the excellent write-up. By the way, little racers tip, "duct tape" when used on a race car is referred to as "race tape" or "100 MPH tape." If you exceed that speed, you then refer to it as "200 MPH tape." LOL:tup:

Yep, in the army they call it 600 MPH tape and in the air force they call it 1000 MPH tape, so yeah it is good for any speed to want it to be, LOL. I've seen race cars held together by the stuff :)

Finished mine up today. Here is a couple shots of the fangs and front of the car with Stillen bumper.

Also, Nismo guys, in another thread Dwnshft posted the part numbers for the Nissan Motorsports ducts that you could use with this kit.

More photos going in my long lost journal thread

Oh yea Mike.

Going to little Talladega a week from monday and couldn't go without this kit. I had it on my avoid list, even though its one of the most fun little tracks there is, especially when its just a group of friends renting it for the day.

I'm waiting for my kit to be delivered. It will be a tight fit there where the oil lines go from oitside to inside, over the chassis rail...

Interested on this as well. I plan to get both Z1 oil cooler and stillen brake cooling.

SPOHN 05-08-2012 05:46 AM

My oil lines go over the frame railing and it's not a tight fit. A little cramped but not right at all.

I have a Z1 oil cooler. I did reroute my power steering lines though. Got rid of those hard pipes and run one of the lines through the same hole the oil cooler lines go through.

How about the coolingkit with OEM Rotors? Because the OEM Rotors are Not slotted, it will cool just One Side of the OEM discs?!

They're vented. A vented rotor is basically an air pump - pumping air from the center out the outer edge.

At least 2 people are using it with the OEM brakes, SPOHN and wstar. The way it is designed it is compatible with all brake setups.
