Will the Eibach profit need a camber kit or is the drop mild enough to just get an alignment?

Technically, you don't "need" one but it's recommended to get a rear camber kit at the minimum.

Agreed, I'm on Eibach and have noticed the rear tires were wearing more on the medial side and got camber arms. The fronts were fine.
