Wheel Spacers - unlowered car

Hey guys, I was wondering if you did not lower your car, and added in wheel spacers, would it reduce the wheel gap at all? I don't want to lower

I don't want to lower my car just yet. Thought about getting spacers if it improved the look a little. Otherwise I will wait till I am ready to lower the car. I do not know enough about Wheel Spacers, and tried searching but could not really get a answer. Thanks
