Here's what I found out.

370z BBK Kit = 2P1.8021A
Which uses the same brake pads as 2P1.9016A (Chevy Camaro SS)
Which also has a rear caliper upgrade only kit 2P0.8001A

The calipers should be the same, however I dont think brembo can supply you an bridge adapter that would let you use stock rotors. You may have to machine one yourself.

Please don't use what I said as facts, this is merely my research.
