Well, I contacted Eibach. That spring 6393.002 is the rear part number for the 6393.140 Pro kit, which intends for a 0.8" rear drop and a 0.9" front drop.

If everything is installed correctly then that isn't a very aggressive drop- so maybe I should look at replacing the front bumper... I can't be scraping every tiny little bump I go over...

I definitely have to get some measurements, so I am not just posting conjecture and speculation on here... but is it possible the springs are installed improperly causing them to be far more compressed than they should?
