Most popular spacer combo?

you can make it easy on yourself and just get some 20mm front and rear bolt on type. No need to remove studs, etc. You can easily do it yourself

I used bolt-on 15mm H&R spacers in the rear and stud replacement ones in the front. Getting the old studs out is easy, getting the new ones in isn't as easy. I used an electric impact gun I borrowed from a friend and that did the trick.

The DRM (bolt on) spacers don't fit on the front of the car. From what I've read you have to get the DRS replacement studs no matter what size the spacers are. On Stillen's site where they sell the H&R Trak spacers there is a chart that shows what will fit where on the Z.

ok guys this is a little off topic but im starting to think about getting coilovers now. Since im probably gonna need new shocks, struts, or camber kits with the springs i might as well pay a little more and get the KW V1. Just wondering if coilovers need camber kits or if they can be set to factory camber without it. Thanks

I just installed a set of KW V1's on my car and it is lowered about an inch. To answer your question: no you will not be able to get back to the factory specs without a camber kit.

The front camber is totally non-adjustable and I ended up with right around 2 degrees negative, which is somewhat aggressive but fine as far as I'm concerned. The rear is a bigger problem. The least camber they were able to get was about -3.3 degrees. I'll be adding some SPC camber arms in the rear and dialing it back to a number like the front.

Probably mentioned elsewhere but is there a common setup with base wheels? I assume the offsets are different.

I would just assume since the rims are smaller, without proper alignment and toe kits, it might get too much negative camber. Just a hunch.

Where can i buy h&r spacers from?

If i were to get h&r 20mm f 25mm r , I would still need to replace the studs for f and r?

none available bolt ons?

20mm has DRS meaning studs needs to be replaced but there is also 20mm that is DRM (uses existing studs) but only fits the rear, not the front. The 25mm is DRM only and only fits rear.

Here is my Z dropped on Swifts with 20mm spacers all around: I think the stance is perfect along with my increased negative camber.
