Who makes the springs?

What makes these coilovers or the Fortune Auto brand better than others?

Why would people want a limited edition coilover with different colors? Will these limited edition coilovers have things the other setups (of non-limited edition) will not?

There are TONS of coilover kits on the market right now and with all of the other companies claiming this and that, along with all of the cheap China/Taiwan companies, it's hard to tell what is good and what isn't.

Any insight?

Home - Fortune Auto USA. Home of 50mm Performance Coilovers, Titanium Shift Knobs & Titanium Lug nuts

not going to argue if theyre better than other coilovers...ive already had this discussion on a few different forums...90% of all major brand coilovers are produced in part or in full in taiwan as it is...just because it says "made in japan" doesnt mean squat...one of the ONLY companies on the market that actually MAKES their coilovers in Japan are TEIN (they have their own inhouse manufacturing capabilities)...im offering people who want a quality product that will be very exclusive something fun to put on their cars
(and has been extensively track tested too!!!)

fortune auto coilovers are fully rebuildable and can be sent back to the home office here in the states to be rebuilt or overhauled (any company that DOESNT offer this outright for their coilovers isnt worth using)...they are backed by a 1 year warranty (2 years for the ones im going to be offering)

Dude, these look great! and I am excited to see the details as they unfold!
btw, you need to do a re-release on some of your shirts, i was "away" when you stopped production, and I didn't have access to your site.. from over there

:)

I'll indicate interest - they'll match the 40th color scheme. Estimated price available? Or too soon?

I'm not looking for an argument.

I'd like to know what makes the Fortune auto coilovers worth buying?

Saying that 90% of all coilovers are made in China/Taiwan is a stretch... I can think of many that have nothing to do with that part of the world.

In my opinion, spending more money on a something because it's a different color doesn't justify the costs. Especially when it's something you never see.

Also saying that 90% of the coilovers are made in the same places as the others doesn't tell me much.. I'll assume these are produced in the same places as KSport, Megan, D2, BC Racing ect. Just because they can be rebuilt, doesn't mean anything.

You can spend less for a coilover made in the same area, that can be rebuilt and replaced as well. Call any coilover manufacturer and ask them if they can rebuild them, most will say yes. If you want to talk track testing... look @ KSport USA - Performance Suspension | Coilovers/Big Brake Kits/Air Suspension/Alignment Parts for Honda, Nissan, Acura, Infiniti, Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Lexus and other Performance Cars.. They have cars that are truly record setting in FWD classes.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but calling something limited edition, maybe you should really say what is; a limited edition color.

Hmmm... 4 days have gone by and I feel all you asked is legit. I'm guessing this Dorkidor coilover either isn't legit or the only thing limited edition is there red spray? Lol.

im still around...ive gone over a lot of this stuff with the S2000 guys...its just getting a little tiring is all...and ive also got my a business to run (you 370z guys want shirts again this year dont you?)

the coilover i will be offering to you guys will come with an updated damper and synthetic AMSOIL, SWIFT springs will be available on release as well.

basically what it boils down, if you dont feel like buying them, then dont buy them. im done playing the "im going to sit here for hours on end and battle every question thrown at me"...its a product i felt was worth doing some cross branding on and offering to various people when it becomes available...im really not looking to sell a million of them...if i move 10 sets (which is the minimum), ill be completely happy.
