The Koni's did SLIGHTLY drop it more. Maybe a 1/4 inch or so. They are adjustable so the ride is what you make of it. Although, on full soft they are still pretty stiff. I could care less about ride quality personally. Im more about gettin at them twisties:tup:

The Koni's supposedly drop the fronts an additional 1/2 inch or so, but I cannot testify to that because I did not measure before and after. I ran my Swifts only for a couple of months before I installed the Koni's and cannot really tell if I am lower or not.

As far as how stiff -- remember that that the Koni is adjustable. I initially set my rears at the halfway point and the fronts one click more firm than the rear. This was a little too stiff and after a month with this setting. I equally softened front and rear by one click and they are right on the money now.

Excellent review. This may be what I end up going with.

Hey guys!

I've had my springs installed now for a couple of weeks and just had an alignment and road force balance done today! I had two tires out of balance which was causing some unwanted vibration...but that's all taken care of now.

I attached my alignment sheet...I'm happy with the results and won't be purchasing a camber kit.

Swifts installed as of this Thursday! I've been too busy driving my face off till now :)

Gotta say, the drop is perfect to me. Only thing is, the wheels look a bit more inset since it's closer to the wider upper fender vs the tapered down lower side.

Ride really isn't noticeably harsher and I have much more confidence going into turns on my favorite stretch of road. Car stays much flatter and I've yet to see any understeer, so I guess it made the car more neutral.

I'm very happy with them!

Wonder how these (Swift) will handle/ride with the new 2013 Euro-Sport Tuned shocks, available as an optional accessory upgrade for the 2013 model.

I am considering them over aftermarket shocks currently available because the price of a set of Koni Yellows is at $750. Plus roughly $325 for Swifts totaling $1075, now it's almost at the price of a good set of coil overs.

OEM (2009) shocks run $500. Euro-Sport Tuned shocks, I am guessing will be somewhere between $600-700 tops. It will be interesting to see who will be the first to pull the trigger on this combo.
