I have nismo springs and struts and the ride is real rough. If I were to go with these springs and go back to my sport struts what can I expect the ride to be like? Would it be closer to the sport ride or closer to the nismo? Just trying to see if it's worth it to swap.
If I do swap I could probably sell my nismo springs and struts for close to what it would cost me to get the swift springs.

I used to see a lot of posts about how the swift springs feel more comfortable on the street than the stock setup. Maybe I'm on crack :excited: but to me, the ride feels 30% - 40% rougher with the swift springs (stock shocks, sport wheels, tires).

Don't get me wrong though, I love em and wouldn't go back. I'd say the swifts fall somewhere between the base ride and the nismo as far as roughness. (I rode in a stock nismo twice but never drove it myself fwiw)

I agree, the ride is definitely rougher. You arent on crack, its the same way for me. But I dont have a Nismo.

I love my swifts but for some reason cannot track down the reason why they make a very slight squeaking noise from inside the cabin on the front springs when im driving real slow and when Im pulling into my driveway. If Im cruising at normal speeds I dont hear a thing. I have had them reinstalled twice, the lower "sleeve" is on there like the instructions said....not a big deal but sort of annoying when driving in parking lots.

I did this exact thing on mine. The ride is much better! It's in between Stock sport and Nismo. Perfect. The Nismo was kidney jarring rough, and there was no drop at all. The swifts are not as harsh and have a nice drop.

Sweet. That's what I hoping to hear. Thanks.

Here are some pics with mine installed after a day so far. I'm liking the stance right now but might put a 10mm spacer up front in the future. These are the perfect drop for me, anything lower and I won't be able to drive anywhere lol

What size spacers and tires did you have?

I had my Z aligned a month after I installed my swift springs. I opted to install rear camber arms and now my rear left is at -1.7 and rear right is -1.6. a week after I had the alignment done I had my Z serviced and the rear left tire rated at 5 and the rear right tire rated 4 for thread dept. now I ordered a new set of Hankook V12s and I was wondering if I need to have an alignment again after I install the new tires or should it be fine without?
