My Teins' rear adjusters aren't accessible unless I raise the car, so I thought i would inquire some baseline.

Thanks.

Everyone is gonna give you a different answer. It is based on personal preference and what kind of car you like to drive.

I like a very stiff car so with the 370Z I started full stiff front and rear, and then softened up the rear until I still had over steer but also balance. I am at 5 clicks from full stiff right now and very happy with it. BC BR coilovers 10k/8k spring rates.

With my old 05 STi I had same spring rates but because I didn't have to worry about over steer as much I was happy at full stiff front and rear with that car.

You can also adjust the way the car behaves with tire pressure changes, alignment settings and so on. It can take a lot of trial and error to get a car set up the way you like it but when you hit that sweet spot, it is awesome. Good luck and have fun.

Start with the middle setting front and rear and play with it.

That's what I have now for base. Will adjust/play with settings once it stops raining. The world lied to me; I thought .....
