That is awesome, thanks for the information! I am torn right now; should I do a brake revamp (pads/fluid) or should I go for Swift springs? Ah!

Depends when your budget replenishes Christian. I think the Swift Springs will have a 6-8 week wait before they are back in stock from what I heard. If you can squeeze in the brake-work beforehand, go for it!

I ordered a set last night and called to check after reading this, they had 2 in stock, so they have 1 set left now for anyone interested.

I would order the springs now, or else you risk having to wait 2+ months to get another set... You can do your brakes anytime after with no wait time.

i would jump on this.... but i will have to garage me car soon = ( stupid chicago winters...... ill just get them after the winter and more reviews

I have decided to put in an order later today, good point on the brakes!

esfourteen 11-05-2010 01:15 PM

christian370z 11-05-2010 06:12 PM

I hope these don't go any lower as I think it's perfect the way it is! I might even get away with not having a camber kit installed. I am ok with some negative camber even if out of spec...

are you still running nismo struts with these springs?

I will answer for him. No. He sold his suspension kit. He is on stock shocks, unless he just recently changed it.

ah thanks. must have missed that post.. hoping someone with a nismo installs these! (curious if the stiffer struts do anything to the drop)

tjlazer 11-12-2010 05:41 PM

Nope went back to OEM as I didn't really need the extra dampening.

Got my alignment today! I do not have any camber kits installed and it seems I don't need them. :)

Brought the rear camber to -1.9 (from -2.5).

Fronts are -1.8 and -1.2 (L/R) Did not change much at all, fronts are NOT adjustable.

Not sure why the difference...

christian370z 11-12-2010 05:58 PM

Hmmm, so you were able to bring camber back to 'close to stock' specifications. That is good since I would prefer to save the $200 or so SPC camber arms cost right now.
