KW

HKS mentioned the mount in thier product description as well as being able to get a mount with a spherical bearing as an option:

HKS

I ran Japanese HKS coilovers on my German car (M3) lol.

Not 100% sure but I think when I was considering coilovers for my M3 someone told me twin tube. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also I know for sure HKS suspensions are build at thier HQ in Japan. Several years ago I went on a Tokyo Auto Salon tour where we got to go to HKS and we walked by the the area where the parts are made and the clean room where they are assembled.
Thanks!!
