Recently just got in an accident, spun out and messed up my whole power steering. I also shattered my wheel barrel which was replaced. I now got my car back

Suspension/PowerSteering
Recently just got in an accident, spun out and messed up my whole power steering. I also shattered my wheel barrel which was replaced. I now got my car back and every time i turn my wheels it makes a squeaking/popong sound and everytime i have a bumpy road it also makes that noise. my mechanic work was done by Nissan and they just told me they didnt know what it could be and it would be money down the drain. I cant seem to find the issue i was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what my issue could be?
