Depending on what pads are on the car it could be due to them being cold. I have to tap my brakes from time to time driving on the interstate

I have to tap my brakes from time to time driving on the interstate in the rain to keep my pads up to temp. I am running XP8's all around with Z1 2-piece rotors. It is not that bad at all unless they are stone cold.
