I bought a 2013 Nismo, the calipers are red, front looks to be 2 piston and rear single piston. Is this accurate? And who makes them?

Being that they are red, it sounds like they are most likely the stock Nismo calipers. Got a pic? Assuming they are the Akebono brand calipers used on the Sport and Nismo models, they will be 4 piston in the front and 2 piston in the rear

Yea, don't forget to add both sides. This is the Akebono 2 piston rear.

Tell your friends your brakes are made by the same company that made McLaren P1's brakes
Just kidding don't do that
