Without digging into detail...
  • either the tech is incompetent
  • remote possibility of arms being installed on the wrong side (left and right side not interchangeable)
  • you are slammed and past SPC's adjustment range?

It would help if you can specific what is currently off (camber, toe or caster)?
How low is your ride height? Slammed?
Which version of SPC FUCA did you buy? There are two versions.

How much are you off on camber anyway?

Left pic is original (camber adjustable), right pic is the latest new design (camber & caster adjustable).

Edit - first one also caster adjustable but smaller adjustment range, my bad.

Those new SPC arms look pretty nice.

I installed them on my 15 Nismo with Ark GT-F springs and they hit on the pinch weld if I hit a bump too fast. They're the X axis .

It's - 2 and we couldn't to lower it more the sliding arm hits the max but for the other side it was OK we brought it to spec.
Maybe I should have chose SPL

Did the tech have to max the other side to get it within spec? A 1 in drop shouldn't give such problem. If you can, I say double check the installation, also for failed bushings on the arms.

Sorry for your trouble.
