Needing Help with Wheel Spacers!!!!

I used H&R 20mm front and 25mm rear spacers when I was lowered on Swift springs and running the OEM wheels. This is what it looked like:

Do wheel spacers change any performance of the car? Wasn't going to go with spacers but after getting it lowered, I need something to make it stand out haha
