Let’s just say I was confident I’d never install such a system on my car;)

While nearly all track cars enlist coilovers for their competition needs, airride has improved a great deal over the years and it offers the performance that most enthusiasts need. Competition race cars need the finite adjustments of a coilover to dial in turn-in, corner balance the car, and address and handling needs.
For 99% of car enthusiasts who are simply looking to enjoy their car on twisty roads and back mountain streets, this is overkill. With a quality airride setup, you can still have a car with fun sporty handling (coming from kw coils myself)

Ask any hardcore static guy and he's going to tell you one thing - bags are the easy way out, and I think it's a hard one to argue

but if you think "BAGS ARE FOR GROCERIES" i will not argue:tiphat:

Nice I have V2 aswell, with two 3gallon tanks & 444 compressors. When you are at your basic ride height for around town what is your psi in your front bags?

Bagged 40th here too. Haven't had the chance to take any decent photos yet

I personally wouldn't do it... But I laugh at how emotional some of y'all get. Long *** posts about performance & hella flush. Lol . Entertaining & boring at the same time.

Bagged Z's are an abomination in the eyes of the Lord. I keed... I keed...

Looks clean.

Wish we had more room up front for a larger bag or a double stacked bag. Around town I'm at 91psi front and 41psi rear. Im not a fan of riding with the front at such high psi, my friends ride around 40-50psi in the fronts. Do you have upgraded sway bars & end links? Some times my rear rides a little bouncy.

Liquid_G 08-18-2015 05:21 PM

91/41 seems soft for Airlift Sleeve type in front and Double Bellow type in rear. The bag type is going to dictate what recommended pressure you should be at. I'm about the same as kukpet 100/60 and honestly the ride is better than any coilover i've ever had.

I'll give 100/60 a try! I just adjusted my dampening today to a different stiffness and it increased my ride quality.

Looking good guys! I wanna go bags soon. Can't decide which system to go with, Airlift strut/management or bags over coil setup with accuair management. Any recommendation?
