With 10+ years in headlight experience, we continue to strive to achieve some of the most exclusive fabrications to any headlight on the market. From custom precision paint jobs using the best quality paint and methods, to the most unique lighting modifications. We believe in offering the highest level of service, and attention to detail for our customers, just as much as we would want it for ourselves, because in the end of the day... we're passionate car enthusiasts and want the same service in return when we get any work done to our cars from other businesses.

With that being said, we know these headlights like the back of our hand, and have experienced all the possible mistakes that could possibly happen and ASSURE that they will not relapse.

If you have an idea you don't find here, contact us and we'll discuss the possibility of it, time frame, pricing and details.

If you need suggestions and ideas, feel free to contact us for advice and consulting, please be sure to provide pictures and details of your car whether it's stock or modified and what future parts and/or modifications you have planned (if any).

This service list is broken down into the following categories:
- Lighting Modifications Options
- Fabrications Options
- Paint Options

Once you reviewed the modifications, you can price them all together with the provided prices below.

We DO NOT offer core exchanges, as everyone's headlights are in different condition. You must ship us your headlights or you can purchase a new pair from us to modify. We sell a new OEM Nissan set without wiring/ballasts for $2000 (inquire for availability). The wiring harness and ballasts are an additional $450. We also have used OEM Nissan ballasts for $75 each.

Please be sure to review all important details and information.

  • Iron-Man
Invented and developed originally for the Infiniti G37 coupe. With over 200 Iron-Man orders fulfilled, it's one of the most demanded modifications for G37s. This service is now offered for the 370z, featuring 8 super-bright LEDs around the projector shroud. In comparison for brightness, our LEDs are on par with LEDs used by Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, and pretty much any OEM automotive LEDs. This mod includes 8 LEDs, and 1 bonus LED behind the clear parking light lens so you don't need to worry about matching the 194 parking light bulbs to our LEDs.
  • Landing Strip
This modification features the same LEDs used in the Iron-Man, what we do is place one of our super-bright LEDs into each "dimple" to give you an illusion of a air port runway (at night, ours is clearly visible during day time :) ), and named after a shave on a fine a$$ woman. :p This mod includes 9 LEDs, and 1 bonus LED behind the clear parking light lens so you don't need to worry about matching the 194 parking light bulbs to our LEDs.
  • Orb LED Ring
New & latest design of LED rings featuring 60 intensely bright LEDs enclosed with a clear tube using the "CELIS" technology to evenly distribute the light around the entire loop. These rings are precisely designed to fit the 370z projector shroud extremely flush. From a distance the ring appears to be solid, from up close you can notice the 60 individual LED's. We call this ring design the "LED Orb".
  • Dual Orb LED Rings
Featuring the same LED Orb ring, but with an additional LED Orb ring placed in front of the turn signal shroud, a smaller version featuring 48 bright LEDs. This ring requires modification to the OEM turn signal clear shroud, shortening it 1/5 of it's original length.

awesome lights! Is it possible to get both landing strip and ironman? and Is there a switch for the LED's or are they always on?

The way our LED mods are powered is they are wired into the parking lights. So on your switch, you have OFF/AUTO/PARKING LIGHTS/LOW-BEAMS aka HID

In the OFF position obviously everything is off

In the AUTO position if it's during the day time, everything will remain off. At night, your LED's and LOW-BEAMS will remain on.

In the PARKING LIGHTS position, your LED's will stay on, LOW-BEAMS OFF.

In the LOW-BEAMS position, everything is on at all times.

Now, if you want a separate switch to turn the LED's aka parking lights on & off at night while still having your low-beams on, all you have to do is run a switch to your car. Obviously if you ship your lights in we can't do that, but we will run the power wires outside the headlight so all you have to do is wire up a switch and run it into your car so you can choose to turn it on and off anytime you want.

If you're interested, we can get you an OEM switch for the Euro Foglight, and you can put it in one of the 3 slots near your cup holder. All you'll have to do is run the already pre-wired wires through the engine bay and the firewall, into the center console, and plug it directly into the switch.

It would look exactly like this:
http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/s...t/DSC02584.jpg

We will not charge to wire up the headlights differently, if you choose to get the OEM switch, we will get you one at our shop discount price.

No pictures yet, I think it'll be too much if you have them both wired up as the parking light. What would look cool is if you have both, and one of them would act as a turn signal, that's definitely something we can offer.

you can certainly get both but it might be a bit much, i myself am considering what 180 said in the above and get them wired so the strip is the turn signal. but anywho heres your answer gammagraphix:tiphat:

CBRich 01-12-2010 10:05 AM

I'm curious as to where you guys are getting the switch. If you would rather not tell me that's fine, but would I be able to purchase one from you?

bluestyle55 01-24-2010 08:25 AM

Where is your shop located?

oo7mech 01-25-2010 12:57 AM

NYC i think. Based on the Area code.

neveucd 01-27-2010 02:10 PM

Here's what I'm thinking....turn signal and protector shrouds platinum graphite.

Then white Landing strip wired into parking light, but also iron man in orange as turn signals. Or would it look better the other way around....hmmm or maybe every other light in the landing strip orange, and those as turn signals. Lol I have no idea...how much would something like that be anyway?

I never got that PM

bluestyle55 02-09-2010 05:53 PM

This mod is really starting to grow on me.... Only thing I am concerned with is the seal leaking in down the road.

How is it resealed? Glue???

bluestyle55 02-10-2010 05:14 PM

Lets say two years down the road... one of the LED's on the landing strip goes bad. Is the replacement something I can do myself or do I have to have your company do the fix?

I just bought a 2009 370Z Nismo - Black. Do you have directions on how to remove the entire headlight assembly (housing and all)?

Thanks

No he doesn't have too... He can get someone else to do the same job for cheaper and a much faster turn around time.

I agree, but........

Keep in mine your headlights cost $1000 a piece if you slip up and have to get a new one. Thats what stops most people from DIY on this.

I'd DIY mine, I'm only painting the housing, no LED's. It's just taking the light apart and the resealing process I'm not confortable with.

bullitt5897 06-14-2010 08:32 AM

Wow Jonnie who the hell are you? 3 posts and they are all on how expensive it is to mod headlights besides doing it yourself. Honestly, you have not been in this industry very long!!! This is cheap compared to companies like clear corners where it costs close to $1k per light to be customized. Again, I encourage you like others to DIY if you want to. However, if you want to have a professional job done on your headlights that are show worthy with complicated designs then go with a company like 180 Custom. You are paying for convenience, reliability, liability (if they mess up they foot the bill) and fully custom designs. You want to know where the whole LEDs around the headlight came from on the 370z... well it was me!!!! I designed it and worked with 180 to build it. If you see it from another company or DIY person its because I was a pioneer and not having the time to do it myself I hired 180 to do it! Get a grip NEWB and stop Trolling!

nogoodname 06-14-2010 08:34 AM

If it takes like 4 months and counting to replace a LED. There's a problem.

bullitt5897 06-14-2010 10:30 AM

HAHAHA he wants me to go to a retirement home LMAO! this coming from Unique Autosports hahaha what a Joke!!! seriously dude you have know clue who you talk to. Yea I am a pioneer and I work with companies in this industry to break boundries and to further our market. I do a lot for this community as far as pioneering as well as getting us new products and discounts for all our members. Maybe you can look up some of my threads.

Seriously, If you dont have anything positive to add to our community then GO HOME or go install a JL sub in some basketball player's Cadillac!

It is disrespectful to randomly come into a forum and thread and start sh!t. Maybe you need to earn a rep here before you start stating your opinion. honestly, I dont even think you work for UA and I bet you wouldnt even give us the time and day to prove it. I challenge you to take a pic in your UA shirt with ur user name on a piece of paper while at work.... I highly doubt you will do it and it goes to even further prove your a TROLL!
