Definitely interested in the 4th brake light, but interested what would be a good matching brake light and backup light

These are my concerns as well. Are they going to be consistent with the factory lights or would I have to swap out the bulbs for my tail lights (brake/reverse)?

The LED reverse light does not match stock bulbs
