I've got to believe that the desk was designed for use when the car is stationary. Anytime you needed to use a laptop in a car I could see this

I've got to believe that the desk was designed for use when the car is stationary. Anytime you needed to use a laptop in a car I could see this being useful. The problem is that people are not smart enough to think for themselves, and someone would try using it in peak-hour traffic.
