Not sure about Nissan Aus under estimating though. It does seem that some dealers are able to get cars quicker than others also.

Jeepers I’m excited – I think I need to go for a run around the building.

Nissan just called to say they’ve found me a 370Z that is currently on a boat over to Australia (Carbon Silver 6MT).

It arrives in Aus on the 15th August. Then Nissan here get it on the 25th and they only need 3 or so days to get it ready for me.

This means I don’t have to wait until 30 September like I was originally told.

I should have it before end of August – whoooooo hooooooooo.

Now I have to hurry up and sell the STI.

That is awesome news nis'. It's gotta be a great feeling knowing that you are getting you car a lot earlier than previously thought mate.

Just hope you get a good price on your STI. I was pretty lucky IMHO on my trade in price I got for my MY04 STI.

I think we need to fit some big fat turbos on that boat so that our cars get here faster.

Yeah trade in figure Nissan gave me on the STI was pretty poor. So am I'm really hoping that I can sell privately - I've had a few offers but I've knocked them back as I though I had an 8 to 9 week wait. But now I'll accept any reasonable offer.

We just went down to the dealer and saw our car as it arrived on Thursday I think, tinting has been done. So we'll be picking it up on Wednesday. I can't believe how excited I am. Going to be 4 sleepless nights ahead.:tup:

I gotta tint and put some reverse sensor on mine soon as well, waiting for the funds to build up again haha 1K service coming up, gotta get the paint and interior treatment then.. kicking myself for not getting it when i got the car.

Yep pick it up in about an hours time - I can't believe how slowly today has gone.
Yes - I'll be out driving all weekend - I've taken Friday off work too.

I only got tinting and carpet mats. I've got someone who I think will be putting in proper IPod interface and Reversing Camera.

Yes cruise soon - we'll swap mobile numbers and stuff in a PM and organise a cruise.

So far it'll be me, a friend with a yellow 350Z, Neo370 and KiddAdelaide.

Can't wait
