That's why the last RH fuel LED wasn't working.

So those of you with the same problem you will be waiting a couple of weeks for new senders to arrive from Japan.

Exactly the same diagnosis as mine a few days ago. I'm on the waiting list now for both senders.

so its not just sulphur deposits. its the actual sender malfunctioning. so they actually have to be replaced.

I've got one out too. I might just call them and let them know before my 10K service to get it fixed.

'Sorry your car is too low which causes the fuel senders to malfunction as they only work at a certain height' wouldn't surprise me ahaha

nah you'll be right. I might pop in sooner than 10k too so I get the parts ordered in

I'm booked in for next wednesday to have my fuel senders and mats replaced and also once again the hatch opening problem has come back even with the new longer springs.

I filled up til it over-flowed just to make sure. Started the car and had 4 lights off!! Over the next day, I gradually went back - a light at a time - up to my original 1 light off.

I've got my 20k service due in the next few weeks. Would your advice be to let them check out the problem pre service so they have the parts ready or is it now a common enough problem for them to fix on the spot?

My final light came back on the other week when i put 98 octane in and after about 50km of driving. I'll see if the light comes back on tonight... I really want to avoid them having to replace the senders... i'm almost positive they'll screw something else up...

Any of you guys try techron or any other fuel system cleaner to try and fix the problem?

370z Reasons... i'm sad to hear that the new longer springs stuff up as well... if these new ones stuff up i'm gonna ask for like ten of them near the 3 year mark so that i can replace them as required after the warranty period.

My 2c is I've got the new springs but over time they seem to get 'weaker' as I'm starting to have latch catchin issues again
