Nah we don't have them and I suspect that's why we have a coefficient of drag of .30 as opposed to .29 in the States.... yes it's small, but I want my .01 gone!!

I also noticed we don't have these. Why would they not put them on the aussie model?

Could it be possible that these need to be fitted at the dealer and they have simply forgotten to put them on? I noticed at a dealer near me that their 370 in the showroom doesn't even have the chin diffuser or the cover that covers the tow hook in the grill. I wouldn't discount this as a possibility. Look how many Nismo's were delivered with their spring restraints or whatever there called still fitted.

The front black bit is fitted before delivery by the dealer.

When I bought my red Z from Village Motors they got it from Metro Nissan. So we went there to check it out. It was wrapped it up in the boot.

Are you talking about the front chin spoiler or the deflectors in front of the wheels?

chin spoiler.

didnt get no deflectors, just like other Aussie Z owners.

it might be in the 2010 Z and then you can buy it as a spare part.

when i was washing the car, I looked where the deflectors would be and there are some bolts.

I think the deflectors might have a pretty big negative effect on ground clearence in the front. Looks like they may actually hit the ground before the chin spoiler does, and I've scraped the chin quite a few times going in and out of driveways.

Does anyone know if they are made of rubber/plastic like the chin spoiler? Being so soft it actually works great as an indicator of how steep a driveway is, and actually works great in protecting the front bar from scrapes... plus it doesn't get damaged when you do scrape.....

Those spoilers in front of the wheels came as stock items on my 2010 Roadster.

I have one on mine. As does Aus370z. Think it just depends on the dealer.

Are you talkiong about the chin spoiler or the wind deflectors in front of the front wheels?

The chin spoiler is standard on all Australian cars but the deflectors are not available as far as I know.

No wind deflectors on mine thankfully because of the clearance issues, I even had to remove the chin spoiler as it was scraping badly when reversing out of the garage.

does the chin defuser do anything? it's getting caught on random stuff, esp the cement blocks the parking areas sometime have to stop you going too far forward.
