:iagree: 19" should be standard.

This is exactly what I have heard from an inside source. March is the official release of the 2010 models, so until then the dealers will be kept in the dark so they continue to sell the 2009 stock. There's no point asking any dealer...just wait and order a car after the announcement.

I don't get Nissan. They release the specs then change them. Now if only they did that LAST year with the wheels.

EVL370 02-27-2010 05:32 AM

Wheels only guys!!!! confirmed today.

This is ******** and so not fair for us 09 buyers. Is there not anything we can do? Maybe we should all write into Nissan blowing up.

Which Nissan did you want to blow up??

EVL370 02-27-2010 05:48 PM

LOL, well it isn't fair if you ran out and paid full RRP for a 370z when they came out.

Having said that it could be worst.

I got a mate that bought a MY08 WRX.....3 weeks before the 195kw MY09 was about to come out. FAIL

What's not fair about it hehehe, Nissan didn't force you to buy the car with 18's mate.

Hey Guys

My nissan delear in Perth ordered my 370z (Build 2010) at the end of January this year. (He was unable to do it sooner in Jan as the system would not let him place the order, apparently there was a spec change).

He told me that it would be ready for delivery in April. Does this mean my Z will come with the 19inch wheels?

370er 02-28-2010 06:12 AM

I wouldn't get too excited until that specs sheet gets updated and actually shows the coupe with 19" as standard.

Couldn't the dealer confirm if it will have 19s standard or not? They seem well informed don't they.

Rob46 02-28-2010 08:23 AM

i looked at a new roadster in perth at a dealership today and it had 19;s
I get mine next week woohoo

Rob46 02-28-2010 08:32 AM

no usb connectivity tho

EVL370 02-28-2010 05:16 PM

I spoke to 3 dealerships in the same day.

Ferntree Gully, Camberwell and Werribee

the 2010 model will have 19inch wheels and thats the only change. They all advised it's due in a months time.

I'm surprised they still haven't added USB connectivity. Plenty of cars have it standard these days. The tech in this car is generally good but no USB is a letdown. I also don't get why they have dvd sat nav. Surely a flash card or something would be a better option than having a hidden dvd compartment behind the seat.

The JDM spec has the HDD version of the Nav with USB. I really don't understand why we in Aus get a shitty CD based version when our market is the same as Japan. IE Right hand drive. I would have thought Aus would have got the full JDM spec cars in the first place as it would have been cheaper than building a different Aus spec.
