I do have a question for those that have done component installs in the 370 before. How did the tweeters in the stock location turn out? I am worried about that, but there is no good place to mount it on (or even slightly off) axis. I get that the windshield should reflect it to basically be on axis, but I have a hard time believing that the frequency reproduction will be AS good as if you weren't reflecting the sound.

I tried the stock locations initially, and was not happy with them there. I ended up placing them low in the door panels, just above the woofers. Active processing is a wonderful thing....... I eventually added a second set up on my a-pillars to raise the stage even further, with great success, but I am a bit anal when it comes to the soundstage, and regularly compete with the car, so it was a necessary evil for me.

Good to know. Stock locations will be tried first, hopefully the magical processor will sort it out. I can't use the A pillars as I have a gauge pod there.
