Id start with a pioneer DEx-P99RS
DEX-P99RS Pioneer Car Audio - CD Player - Car*Entertainment Id repalce teh Focal Utopia kit with Dyanaudio sytem 362 ( yea 8s in the door  and the 3.5s and tweets in the kicks)I'd run a pair of SE2300s ( one on the subs one on the 8's) and a SE2300 on the mids and tweets .
