I used liquid nails to adhere a small square of 1/2 plywood behind the carpet on the passenger side. Then secured the amp to the plywood, through the carpet. This

I used liquid nails to adhere a small square of 1/2 plywood behind the carpet on the passenger side. Then secured the amp to the plywood, through the carpet. This was a vertical mount, with the wiring on the bottom.
