Sounds like its in demo mode this usually restricts a lot of things. Check your manual or contact pioneer if you can not find the disable demo in the menu.

Sounds like its in demo mode this usually restricts a lot of things. Check your manual or contact pioneer if you can not find the disable demo in the menu. I know kenwoods are a hidden button sequence
