Back in July I went to pick up the car and the service advisor said I have good news and bad news...not good. He went on to tell me that he used a trick used on Hondas before to get them to eject by tapping on the right of the player. The bad news is they ordered the wrong unit (Bose without Nav). I simply stated I would try other CD's and see if it happened again. Well 8 months later I ripped another disk and it stuck in the player. I made another appointment to have it replaced, and guess what...the ordered the wrong unit again.
Back in 2 days for the right unit!
If it wasn't still under warranty and the hard drive didnt store tons of music I would consider an aftermarket head.
