A kicker comp is 300 peak its like 150 rms no need for a capacitor. A kicker zx400.1 is more than enough for just 1. Kicker comps are single voice

A kicker comp is 300 peak its like 150 rms no need for a capacitor. A kicker zx400.1 is more than enough for just 1. Kicker comps are single voice coil so for 1 you are stuck with 4 ohm which is just about right for the zx400.1 @ 4 ohm.
Edit: Are they Comps or CompVR? If CVR I would use a ZX750 it will push 2 CVRs hard and will be fine for 1 because you can wire a CVR down to 2ohm since its dual voice coil. Edit2: Kicker does not make an amp that is 1 ohm stable as far as I know. So you will be stuck wiring 2 to 4 ohm Last edited by CSA0890; 12-16-2012 at 09:41 PM. |
