First let me say thanks to CAS for their corner sub enclosure design. After researching a bit, I decided to try my hand at building my own sub enclosure. Well I have to say that it came out great. So before it was even done a friend posted another location using 2 8" subs instead of the one 10". So I'm at it again. The plans are to either keep the existing single 10 in the CAS inspired enclosure and change my crossovers to 3 way and run the 2 8's using mid bass. Or sell the 10" enclosure with the JL sub and just run the 2 8's as the LFE channel. The single box has just received 5 coats of clear and wet sanding and polishing to follow.

Nice, Volume looks to be a bit tight... How does it sound... W3 will need .65 Cu ft. You can make up for it with more power. I am happy to have inspired you :tiphat:

I can't thank you enough. It was your design that made me try something like this. Yeah my design is a little smaller, but just a bit. I loose the 2" in the upper corners. I haven't hooked it up yet due to the fact that I'm still working back there. I should be done with the last enclosure today so I'm hoping to start the install this weekend. Thanks again. :tiphat:

GREAT! I'm glad that I could get you guys inspired to tackle something like this. Take your time, the finished product will be worth it. If I can help in any way at all please feel free to ask. If you need to know how to match the angle of the rings, I came up with a pretty easy way of doing that. The primer, paint and clear coat are from Dupli-Color. Again thanks to C.A.S and Youngz. :tiphat:
