Yes you can. There is an adapter that you can buy to enable that. I only have a base Z, but I went to the same car audio store this

Yes you can. There is an adapter that you can buy to enable that. I only have a base Z, but I went to the same car audio store this guy on a youtube video went to and had his Bose system changed out to a Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT. I got the newer Pioneer AVIC-Z140BH however.
