Can I add an OEM 370Z Navigation unit to my 09 370z?

If so, do I have to go with an 09 unit? I do not have Bose, does that matter? How much do they go for used?

Thanks.

You can't do oem. Gotta go aftermarket.

I want the factory nav on my '12 z base

Why factory nav? Assuming it were possible, for WAY less money and headache you can do a tablet in the nav compartment and an aftermarket headunit. Better sound, more flexibility, and better nav.
