non functioning steering wheel radio controls

I've had the same issue with mine...they have "looked" at it three times, but as always...they say there isn't an issue. I am so frustrated with it I don't know

I am so frustrated with it I don't know what to do. Not a big Nissan fan these days...failed steering lock that cost me $1000.00 and my brakes make a squeeking noise that they can't resolve either.
