Default need some help with aftermarket speaker setup

i current have the crappy bose speakers with NAV and i want to upgrade of course. Now i have go through and found the speakers that i want but i am not 100% everything with go together as i am not really tech savy. here is the list:

JBL MS-8 ( read you needed it if you have NAV headunit)
Alpine SPR-60C ( for front only , diconnecting the rear speakers)
Alpine alpine PDX-F6 amp ( for front speakers/tweeters and subwoofer)
Alpine Subwoofer SWR-1223D ( i didnt know if to get this one of the 4 ohm one)

1. will this all work with my bose and NAV stuff?

2.i am planning to run the speakers/tweeters and sub of that amp is that ok and keep in my i wont have rear speakers so its only 3 channels?

3. is there anything i am missing?

4. Thanks for the help
