I just had this head unit installed at best buy (They scratched my factory head unit and gave me a credit for this) The steering wheel controls however only work

Steering wheel controls for AVIC-X930BT
I just had this head unit installed at best buy (They scratched my factory head unit and gave me a credit for this)
The steering wheel controls however only work with the up and down and source buttons. I am told by Best Buy they can only have the 3 buttons work and not all 6. The standard volume control does nothing. If this correct or can they all be made to work? Thanks, James |
