I installed my pioneer avic-d2 navagttion stereo..but i hear alot of static in the backround and my radio stations keep breaking off...i bought the new harness and new antenna! and

Static sound on my pioneer avic-d2 !!help!
I installed my pioneer avic-d2 navagttion stereo..but i hear alot of static in the backround and my radio stations keep breaking off...i bought the new harness and new antenna! and i put the ground wire right on the bracket that holds the stereo..so that is all metal...what could be the problem? thanks!
