Well, hate to put it in this fashion (but I will) F*** IT LET'S GO FOR IT! Why did he say you had to use 6x9 brackets for a freakin 6.5 that is going into a damned 6.5 hole.

He said that's what his diagram had for the Bose Z. Great. Just great. What the hell's a spacer? Are these just not going to fit at all? Me=Guinea Pig.
