Default Monitor w/ Guages

Does anyone know if there is any sort of device that would allow you to add additional aftermarket gauges to an aftermarket head unit?

For instance I want an oil pressure gauge that would display on my headunit (or even a custom unit in the cubby). I also want to be able to listen to my radio at the same time.

Not at the same time of listening to radio. Because you would have to have the source on video input not radio.

UNLESS you used your revers backup camera video input but you would not be able to have a revers camera and gauges, without getting to complex.

I believe this is possible with the Kenwood DNX9980 and wireless ODB device.

Actually the reverse camera function isn't really necessary for me so this wouldn't be the end of the world but I would assume I would need some sort of toggle to switch back and forth between radio functions and my gauges.

Actually I was wondering if an OBDII reader would show oil pressure. Where is our OBDII jack, could it be hidden?

OBDII is above the brake pedal, as long as the plug is not over 3-5 inches you should be ok.

Found that there is that HKS module as well... wonder if the stock OBDII has an oil pressure readout... if not HKS has a module.
