I have done plenty of Hertz Hi Energy drivers in that door and Mille is very similar to that driver measurements. You will be able to fit them with no problem, But you do need to make an Adapter. It is easy t make takes a little time. Or you can buy one that is prefabbed... Call me if you have any questions.
