If you get a screen and the outer casing close enough to the stock opening, you could probably install one and bondo or fiberglass it in to make it look factory. However keep in mind a lot of the options newer head units offer can do things like gps speed, engine status, and other things. Which may turn out to be a cheaper way to go.
